Publications on our experience of recovery from addiction are available at many group meetings. These include:
- The Basic Text (“The Blue Book”) – a guide detailing the NA program as a whole, including the 12 steps and 12 traditions, and a selection of member stories.
- Just For Today – thoughts on recovery, one for each day of the year
- It Works: How and Why (“Green & Gold”) – an in depth look into each of the 12 steps and 12 traditions
- The Step Working Guides (“Large Green & Gold”) – a step by step guide, with questions
- Living Clean: The Journey Continues – a guide to ongoing recovery and living in the program of Narcotics Anonymous
- The White Booklet – a short introduction to the NA programme
- A Spiritual Principle a Day – A daily meditation book where each page highlights a spiritual principle with a quotation from NA literature. The excerpt is followed by a reading on the principle and a reflection for the day.
- Guiding Principles: The Spirit of Our Traditions – A collection of our experience and ideas on how to work through issues together, using the principles embodied in the Traditions
- Sponsorship – Illustrated with members’ firsthand experiences on sponsorship, a vital part of the NA program
Literature is generally available to purchase at meetings, or online through www.na.org (and some online resellers).
